So I am losing a little faith here, not in God, never in God, but in the church. I have, in the past month or so, sent hundreds of emails to churches all over the country and I have gotten back very few responses and it is literally breaking my heart. I believed when I started this mission I am on that I could always find help from my fellow believers and all I’m asking for is a very simple, no money involved, no commitment involved Favor. Still the support is not there. Aren’t we all working for the same goal, to spread the Good News to the entire world and bring more souls to God? And if so then shouldn’t we all, as Christian brothers and sisters, be helping one another out when we can? Didn’t the Bible tells us to do exactly that? What’s the favor you may be wondering. Well here it is, if you have a church sign with a quote, a clever saying, something funny or inspirational take a picture of it and email it to me at marlanecox@yahoo.com. I will give you and your church credit in the book for the picture. So that’s it. I am creating a book of church Sign pictures to sell at local craft shows, churches and on my website in order to generate income for the mobile, ecumenical and volunteer run ministry (The Love Bus) that I hope to have rolling by next fall. Even if you don’t have a church sign to take a picture of, all I ask is that you respond to this email with a simple blessing over my ministry. No matter what you decide, I pray God’s blessing over your congregation and your community. Yours always in Christ,
